Shipping policy


UK next day delivery is free of charge on orders over £100.00.  For orders under £100.00 a delivery fee of £2.95/£4.95 (depending on the service you choose at checkout) applies.  This will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

UK orders placed before 3pm are usually despatched the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Deliveries are made using Royal Mail Tracked service. Depending on the service you choose at checkout you should receive your order the next working day (Royal Mail Tracked 24) or within two working days (Royal Mail Tracked 48). You will receive a notification e-mail containing a Royal Mail tracking number when your order has been despatched.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customer.service@abouttherun.co.uk with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

In-store pickup

You can elect to pickup orders from our store in Kingston upon Thames. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00-17:00 Monday to Saturday and 11:00-16:00 on Sunday.  Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
